What time should I arrive?

'Anytime' Events - You can take part in the activity anytime between 10.00am and 3.00pm. Please ask a member of staff or ask at the Customer Service Desk if you are unsure where the activity is taking place within the Garden Centre.

The Land of Fairies & Dragons- Please arrive at the start time printed on your ticket. You will not be able to gain entrance to the experience any time prior to this start time.

The Beach- Please arrive at the start time printed on your ticket. You will not be able to gain entrance to the experience any time prior to this start time. 

Where do I go?

'Anytime' Events -  Please ask a member of staff or ask at the Customer Service Desk if you are unsure where the activity is taking place within the Garden Centre.

Circus (Woburn Sands)- The Circus entrance will be located at the bottom of the lower car park (down the ramp past the Garden Care Exit).

Grotto-

Woburn Sands- Our grotto is located in our outside sales area, please use our food hall entrance and follow the directional signs

Millets Farm- Our grotto is located in our outside sales area, please follow the directional signs throughout the store and past the Ice Rink

Willington- Our grotto is located in our outside sales area, please follow the directional signs through the store and outside past the reindeer

Brampton- Our grotto is located in our outside sales area, please follow the directional signs through the store

If I have booked the wrong date or time, can I move my ticket or get a refund?

All event tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please ensure when booking your tickets you have chosen a time which you will be able to attend.

If you lose your ticket or if it hasn't been emailed to you please call 0800 954 9484. We will require either the booking reference and/or the surname of the person who the tickets were purchased under.

Grotto- Please be aware that once payment is made these tickets are non-refundable. To change the date or time of your grotto tickets will incur a charge of £3 per person, this will be donated to Super Shoes children's charity. All changes are subject to availability. To change the date or time of your tickets please call 0800 954 9484

Do I have to pay to park?

No, all our garden centres have plenty of free spaces.

I want to book a ticket online but I don’t have a printer?

That’s not a problem, please take note of your reference code and report to the Customer Service Desk fifteen minutes early and they will print your ticket for you.

You are able to show the referance code & ticket on your phone at the entrance to the activity 

Can I take my pushchair into the event?

Due to safety reasons pushchairs must not be brought inside the acitivity, space will be allocated at the entrance to the event for storage while you attend the event.

Grotto- You are unable to bring pushchairs and car seats into the grotto, please leave these in the car to collect after the grotto session has ended 

Can I bring my own food and drink to the circus performances?

Unfortunately you cannot bring your own refreshments into the Big Top but popcorn, candy floss and refreshments will be available to purchase before the show starts. Our Garden Room Restaurant and Cafe will be open to provide refreshments throughout the day.

Can children go into the event alone?

All children must be accompanied by at least once adult.

Is there wheelchair access?

Wheelchair access is available for all our centres. Please inform our Customer Service team when making your booking. If you are booking online please call our Customer Service Department and let them know you requirements and your booked slot.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

All tickets are available to purchase at any of our Garden Centres, places are limited and we strongly advise you to book to avoid disappointment.

Can I use my Gardening Club Discount to buy my tickets?

No, Gardening Club discounts do not apply to event tickets.

Can I Take my Own Photos in the Grotto?

You are unable to take your own photos in Santa's living room. You are able to purchase a photo when you book you tickets or on the day 

What happens if i miss my Grotto Session?

Unfortunately if you miss your grotto session we are unable to add you onto to another session. We will arrange a Santa pack for your child for them to receive everything that they would have received as part of the grotto experience. This can either be posted out to your home address or collected from the store

Fairies & Dragons- Why do adults have to pay?

Adults will require a ticket for admittance to enable us to manage the amount of people coming through the event. As part of the event each child will receive a voucher for £2 off a child’s meal in the restaurant.

Fairies & Dragons- What time shall I arrive for my session?

Please arrive for you session at the start time printed on your ticket. A Frosts Fairy will greet you at the entrance to the experience.

Fairies & Dragons- How long will each session last?

Each session can last up to 30 minutes, this time may vary depend on the number of visitors at the time of your visit and could take longer during peak times. 

Fairies & Dragons- What is included in the price?

This is an interactive experience with different characters along the way. There will be a story, games and a Fairy and Dragon hunt set within our Enchanted Forest. Each Child will receive a gift bag to take away, and a £2 Money off a child’s meal (hot or food box) voucher to spend within our restaurant. 

Fairies & Dragons- Can I take my buggy into the event?

Due to health and safety requirements you are unable to take your buggy into the experience. We advise for you to leave your buggy in the car and collect after your experience.

Fairies & Dragons- Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The experience is fully wheelchair accessible, if you have any additional needs please call are team on 01908 583511 who will be able to assist you with any requirements you may have.

Am I allowed to take my own photos?

You will be able to take photos throughout the experience, however you will have the opportunity for a photo with our unicorn and fairy at the end of the experience that you are able to purchase on the day.

Am I able to purchase photos after the day?

You will be presented with a small Q card after your photo has been taken. Your photos will be store on this card so please keep this safe. If you wanted to purchase photos after the day, if you call 01908 583511 the team will be able to arrange this for you
